Humus Tehini and Baba Ganosh
INGREDIENTS: 1 cup Tehini paste 3-4 Garlic cloves Water Juice of 2-3 lemons Salt 2 roasted eggplant (peeled and mashed) Olive Oil Chopped parsley 1 Tbs. paprika
Blend Tehini with water until creamy but still firm. Add garlic, lemon juice & salt to taste then add water to desired consistency, depending on intended use, adjust flavor last time. Serve as is or blended with roasted eggplant, adjust salt and lemon. Garnish with paprika, olive oil & chopped parsley.
Humus
INGREDIENTS: 1 1/2 cups dried Garbanzo beans 1 Recipe Tehini Soak beans in water over night or at least 9 hours. Blend in a food processor with Tehini. Garnish with Paprika, olive oil and parsley.
