Pan Seared Duck Breast
6 duck breasts 3 Tbs. duck seasoning
Score duck breast on skin side. Season liberally and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. In a hot pan with 1/2 Tsp. oil sear duck on the skin side, turn over and put in a 350-degree oven for 10 minutes or until 135-degree internal temperate. Rest, slice and serve.
