Basic Pizza Dough
1 cups flour 4 eggs Pinch salt
In a bowl or on a work surface, sift salt and flour. Make a well in the center and add eggs using a fork with the eggs. Allowing the flour in incorporate gradually. When incorporated, work on a light floured surface until smooth. Allow to rest 30 minutes to 1 hour. Use a pasta press to sheet pasta to desired thickness. Use as recipe call for.
